If looking for a wider barefoot, this isn't it. Also, I found the shoe sole slippery both inside and outside, as well as very stiff (I have other pairs that never broke in well). While they are zero drop, there aren't a lot of other barefoot shoe qualities, if that's what you're out for.
Beware of Customer Support and an uncomfortable, expensive, shoe! I bought extra insoles, without them the inside footbed stiching would be extremely uncomfortable. However, since I used an extra Atlantic leather insole, the insole bunched up inside the shoe. I reached out to customer service, they stated that the bunching up of the insole was normal and just part of the shoe wearing with my foot. Customer service was ZERO help and BLAMED me as the customer who knows how shoes should fit on my own foot, I ended up having to glue the insoles down. It was such a racket for such expensive shoes. Are the comfortable now, yes. Was customer service any help, NO. Was the value there, NO! For $170.00 you should not have to hassle with customer service, repairing your own shoes or frankly have to buy EXTRA insoles for the shoes (for an additio al $20) just tor the shoes to be comfortable. Rather disapointed in the company and the product for the price it cost.

They arrived quickly, look much better than I imagined, and I just bought two more. Roomy, quirky, comfortable, nostalgic. Just a really cool shoe.

These are truly perfect. I opted for the rubber sole for durability, which cleaned up some of the issues I had with the leather sole of a previous pair. To each his own, but the rubber sole is great as a daily driver in an urban environment.
I have tried many different brands of barefoot shoes and this is my second style from Atlantis. That should be a good indication of what I have come to expect from them. I really like the plain simple design and the quality the material and especially the craftsmanship. I was expecting a lot from these shoes and they exceeded what I thought they would offer. I’m sure when I need my next pair they will also deliver the same exceptional performance and value I expect since this raises those expectations even more.
Once I put the Barefoot Ballet Flats on, I never wanted to take them off! super stylish and elegant too!!
I've been buying Atlantis Handmade shoes for years! I have red, navy, brown, yellow, white, green, rainbow and hot pink. The shoes are easy to pack (which means you can pack serval colors !) They are super comfortable and superior quality. There are many colors I don't have that i'd like to add to my collection. What could it be? Silver or Gold??
The Shoes are amazing quality but they just arrived yesterday on August 17th (two weeks from when it was shipped) and the box was crushed unfortunately. i wants to have the box to store them in but it wont last long.

These sneakers just arrived today. They fit true to size and the leather is buttery soft. They're already molding to my feet after just a few hours in them.

Really enjoying these shoes! Very grateful to find leather, barefoot shoes of this quality in large sizes. I am wearing these daily in the office and can feel an immediate difference in my legs, hips, and feet with the improved gate over traditional dress shoes when walking. You can feel the stitching at the end of the shoe. Not very pleasant feeling. Gotta do custom made insoles now.
